A binding price will be confirmed after a physical survey or a detailed virtual assessment of the goods to be moved. Booking a service is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed service contract and any required deposit, as specified by the Company.

3. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding the inventory, addresses, and special requirements.

  • Ensure all items are legally owned and are not prohibited or hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, explosives, perishables).

  • Secure necessary permissions for parking, building access, and elevator use at both origin and destination.

  • Be present or have an authorized representative present during pickup and delivery.

4. Liability and Valuation
The Company exercises utmost care in handling goods. However, you must declare the value of your shipment. We offer different levels of liability coverage as outlined in our service contract. Unless you select and pay for Full Value Protection, our liability for loss or damage is limited as per the Carriage of Goods Act and the terms specified in your contract. Claims for loss or damage must be reported in writing before the delivery team departs and followed by a formal, documented claim within seven (7) days.

5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as specified in your service contract. Final payment is typically due upon completion of delivery, prior to the unloading of goods, unless other credit terms are agreed upon in writing. We accept specified payment methods. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you cancel a confirmed booking, cancellation fees may apply as per the schedule in your service contract. Requests to reschedule must be made with a minimum notice period (e.g., 48 hours) to avoid potential rescheduling fees. The Company reserves the right to cancel service in case of unsafe conditions, incorrect information, or non-payment.

7. Delay and Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fires, floods, accidents, strikes, or severe weather conditions.

8. Intellectual Property
